1. About these terms
These terms form the agreement between you and Mohsin Ali Electrical Fittings & Fixtures Services Co., trading as Dubai Repair Service Center (trade licence no. [Add licence number]). By booking a visit by phone, WhatsApp, email or through our website, you accept these terms. If anything agreed in writing for your specific job differs, the written agreement applies to that job.
2. Our services
We repair, service and install air conditioning, water heaters, water pumps and plumbing for homes, offices and shops in Dubai. We may decline or stop a job that is outside our service area, outside our licensed activities, or unsafe for our technicians to carry out.
3. Bookings and visits
Visit times are arrival windows, not exact times. If we are delayed we will call or message you. An adult aged 18 or over must be present for the whole visit.
You are responsible for giving us access to the property and the equipment, parking or directions where needed, and any building management permit or NOC your building requires.
4. Inspection and quotes
Our technician inspects the problem and gives you a fixed quote before starting. An inspection fee of AED [amount] applies if you decide not to go ahead with the repair; it is waived when you approve the work.
We never start or add work without your approval. If we find another fault during the job, we will explain it and give you a separate quote first.
5. Prices and payment
Prices on our website are shown "from" and are a guide only. Your final price is the fixed quote you approve. All prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT at 5% where it applies.
Payment is due when the job is complete, by [cash / card / bank transfer]. We issue a tax invoice for every job under our registered company name. Larger jobs may need a deposit, which we will agree with you in advance.
6. Parts and materials
We use new parts from established suppliers unless you agree otherwise. Some parts have to be ordered, which can delay completion; we will tell you the expected date. Replaced parts are yours to keep if you ask, otherwise we dispose of them. Parts ordered specially for your job cannot be returned once ordered.
7. Warranty
Our workmanship is covered for [number] days from completion. New parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. If the same fault returns within the warranty period, call us with your invoice number and we will inspect and put it right at no extra labour cost.
The warranty does not cover misuse, power surges, water or gas supply problems, normal wear and tear, work by anyone else after our visit, or faults we recommended fixing but you chose not to repair.
8. Cancelling or rescheduling
You can cancel or move a visit free of charge with at least [number] hours' notice. If you cancel later, or our technician arrives and cannot get access, the inspection fee may be charged. Deposits for parts already ordered are not refundable.
9. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate details about the problem and the property, clear the work area and move valuables, keep pets and children away from the work, and tell us about any known hazards such as damaged wiring, leaks or previous repairs.
10. Liability
We carry out every job with reasonable care and skill. Where the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the job concerned. We are not responsible for damage caused by existing defects, such as corroded pipes, old wiring or hidden leaks, or for indirect losses like loss of income.
If you notice damage you believe we caused, tell us within 48 hours with photos so we can inspect it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
11. Using this website
Information on this website is for general guidance and may change without notice. Do not copy our content or use the website for any unlawful purpose. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your invoice number. We will look into it and reply as quickly as we can, normally within 3 working days.
13. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page on the date of your booking applies to your job.
