1. Who we are
Dubai Repair Service Center is the trading name of Mohsin Ali Electrical Fittings & Fixtures Services Co., a licensed technical services company in Dubai, UAE (trade licence no. [Add licence number]).
We are responsible for the personal data collected through dubairepairservicecenter.ae and whenever you call us, message us on WhatsApp or book a repair. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean the company above.
2. What we collect
Details you give us: your name, phone and WhatsApp number, email address, property address or area, building access notes, a description or photos of the fault, and the history of jobs and invoices we complete for you.
Details collected automatically: when you visit the website we receive your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived, for example by clicking a Google ad.
Calls and messages: when you contact us we see your phone number and the time of contact, and we keep WhatsApp conversations so we can follow up on your job.
We do not collect card or bank details through this website.
3. How we use your details
We use your details to answer enquiries and give quotes, schedule visits and carry out repairs, send confirmations, reminders and tax invoices, handle warranty claims and complaints, improve the website and measure how well our advertising works, and meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
We will only send you offers or reminders about servicing if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Our legal basis
We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. We process your details because you asked us for a service, because you gave consent (for example to cookies or offers), or because the law requires it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
5. Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. They tell us which pages are useful and which ads lead to calls or messages. These tools may place cookies on your device and share usage data with Google under Google's own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad personalisation in your Google account. The website still works if you block non-essential cookies.
6. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with our own technicians who attend your job, trusted service providers who run our website hosting, analytics, advertising, email and messaging (such as Hostinger, Google and WhatsApp), and government or regulatory authorities when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. We use well-known providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it. We never sell or rent your personal data.
7. How long we keep it
We keep job and contact details for as long as needed to complete the work and honour any warranty. Tax invoices and related records are kept for at least five years, as required by UAE tax law. Enquiries that did not become a job are deleted when they are no longer needed.
8. Keeping it secure
Only staff who need your details to do their job can see them. The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and is hosted with a reputable provider. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your data where we no longer need it, stop or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent you have given.

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version. Important changes will be highlighted on the website.
